Low season - September to June

Apartment for 4 people for 1 week - 580 Euro
Apartment for 3 people for 1 week - 420 Euro
Apartment for 2 people for 1 week - 300 Euro
Cost per night - 25 Euro per person
Half board - 50 Euro per person

Children 0 - 3 years free
Children 3 -10 years half price

Typical Tuscan dinner or lunch made with homegrown produce - 25 Euro per person
Breakfast - 5 Euro per person

Included in the price is electricity, gas for cooking and hot water, and bed and bathroom linen which will be changed once a week.

Heating is paid extra when necessary and costs 4 Euro per unit. You will be shown where the meter is and how to regulate the heating in your apartment.
Firewood costs extra.

When renting the apartments for a week 100 Euro damages deposit will be required. This must be paid in cash and will be returned to you on your departure after inspection of the apartment.

To confirm bookings a 50% deposit is required. With the balance paid on arrival in Euro cash. Deposits can be paid by:
Bank transfer - you must pay all your bank charges
Credit card - via paypal. For credit card payments there is a 5% fee.

Cancellation - For cancellation until 60days before your arrival your deposit will be returned minus bank charges. For cancellation under 60days before your arrival your deposit will be forfeited.
